During my recent stay at Costanera, I contemplated its balance between luxury and value. The room, though comfortable, displayed signs of aging, hinting at the need for continued updates. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, certain amenities, like the breakfast, were adequate but unremarkable. The location, on the other hand, was superb—centrally nestled in Pucon, with easy access to markets and restaurants.I noted the absence of certain features, such as shuttle services and comprehensive kitchen facilities. However, the presence of free toiletries and free Wi-Fi in public areas added a convenient touch. The garden area provided a tranquil retreat, enhancing the overall ambiance.In weighing the cost against the offerings, Costanera presents an intriguing choice for those seeking a centrally located, reasonably priced accommodation without compromising on essential comforts.
